It is an exciting time of growth at Democracy Counts. We anticipate a significant increase in our domestic client base post election period and, as such, we are looking to expand our Client Care team to ensure we continue to deliver World Class care for our growing customer base.
You will be responsible for the resolution of support tickets from our clients, utilising the extensive Democracy Counts User Help Guides and our ElectorCentre Knowledgebase. You will have an opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across Democracy Counts and contribute to our ongoing product development.
