Having secured our first international client, and with further growth in the UK anticipated after the 2021 Canvass, we are now recruiting for an additional role within our Client Care Team.
Reporting to our Client Care Manager, you will be responsible for the resolution of support tickets from our clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining User Help Guides and our Elector8 Knowledgebase, working with colleagues across Democracy Counts and contributing suggestions for our ongoing product development
