About the role and job vacancy


You’ll be a key member of our Client Care team, helping customers get the most from our ElectorCentre product suite. Day to day you will:

  • Manage and resolve support tickets via our Helpdesk (calls, screenshares and follow-ups).

  • Assess inbound issues, diagnose quickly and guide clients to timely solutions.

  • Collaborate with the Client Care Manager and product teams to improve the customer experience.


What you’ll bring to this job vacancy

  • Working knowledge of electoral registration and elections management.

  • A confident communicator with a practical, “can-do” approach to client care.

  • AEA qualification is desirable; strong hands-on experience is essential.


Full, ongoing training is provided on our ElectorCentre suite.
