Salary: £32-35K BASED ON EXPERIENCE

About the role and job vacancy
You’ll be a key member of our Client Care team, helping customers get the most from our ElectorCentre product suite. Day to day you will:
Manage and resolve support tickets via our Helpdesk (calls, screenshares and follow-ups).
Assess inbound issues, diagnose quickly and guide clients to timely solutions.
Collaborate with the Client Care Manager and product teams to improve the customer experience.
What you’ll bring to this job vacancy
Working knowledge of electoral registration and elections management.
A confident communicator with a practical, “can-do” approach to client care.
AEA qualification is desirable; strong hands-on experience is essential.
Full, ongoing training is provided on our ElectorCentre suite.
