Democracy Counts appoints Patricia Hughes as Non-Executive Director, onto board

Democracy Counts has appointed Patricia Hughes as a Non-Executive Director to support the next phase of the company’s growth.

Patricia brings over 20 years’ experience advising technology-led businesses on growth strategy, capital options, and M&A. She has worked across private and public sectors internationally and brings strong governance and transaction experience to the Board.

In her role, Patricia will provide independent strategic challenge and perspective as Democracy Counts continues to scale its election technology and civic software platforms.
