We also offer scanning services to help local authorities cope with the anticipated increase of absent vote applications for the May 2021 elections. Our Scanning Bureau service can be set in the lead-up to the absent vote deadlines in April 2021.

 

As part of this service we will:

  • Obtain a Business Reply Licence - we will provide this to you along with the Return Address. These will then need to be printed on all your Business Reply Envelopes

  • Manage the process, your way

  • Open, sort and scan your postal, proxy and postal proxy applications

  • Use your templates to accurately capture signature snippets and DOBs

  • Provide an integrated upload/download service via our secure web server

  • Provide access to an online Management Portal - full document audit trail and real time reporting

  • Provide you with a dedicated Project Manager who will manage the process from start to finish

  • Securely dispose of all documentation (if required) or store it securely for an agreed period
